About

The villa, belonging to the Marea Stays brand, is unique in that it is located directly on the sea. It is ideal for large groups of friends, families, or couples as it offers maximum privacy and independence.   It consists of three bedrooms embellished with large windows overlooking the sea, all with independent entrances via a large veranda on each floor. This allows each guest to access the interior of the property without disturbing other guests or, worse still, having to pass through other sleeping areas.   All bedrooms have large bathrooms complete with shower, toilet, and bidet.   The villa also has two kitchens, both complete with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. This allows for independence even with two family groups.   To complete the picture, in addition to a beautiful, fully enclosed Mediterranean garden, there is a wonderful and exclusive terrace facing the sea, furnished with sofas and sun loungers handmade by local artisans.   On request, we can divide the villa into two completely independent, autonomous, and separate living units by installing soundproof panels on one of the doors.   Fast internet connection, ideal for smart working and extended stays.
