About
The villa, belonging to the Marea Stays brand, unique in its kind as it is directly on the sea, is ideal for both large groups of friends, families or couples as it allows you to have maximum privacy and independence.
It consists of 3 bedrooms embellished with large windows with sea view, all with independent entrance through a large veranda on the floor. This allows each guest to access the inside of the structure, without having to disturb the guests already present or even worse having to go through other sleeping areas. All rooms are served by large bathrooms complete with shower, toilet and bidet.
The villa also has two kitchens, all complete with oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. This allows you to have independence even with two family groups. In addition to a beautiful Mediterranean garden completely fenced, a wonderful and exclusive terrace facing the sea, furnished with sofas and sunbeds handmade by local artisans, completes the whole.
On request, we can divide the villa into two completely independent, autonomous and separate housing units, through soundproof panels that will be applied to one of the doors present.
