I Granai, is not simply a new home belonging to our brand Marea Stays, it is also and above all a charming structure expertly renovated, revalued, equipped with any modern comfort that has preserved all its old charm both on a structural level and in terms of magic that you breathe once inside.
The structure is located on the ground floor, in a very central area, and has a heated and cooled access veranda. From this area you then enter the bright living area where there is a comfortable sofa that can be transformed into a bed if necessary, consisting of a standard 80x190 mattress. The hob and table are also located in the same room. From an iron staircase, custom-made by local artisans, you then arrive at the mezzanine where there is a reading area and a work area. The bedroom, on the other hand, is housed in an alcove with a barrel vault.
Very exclusive is the bathroom which houses a large in-ground bathtub with double hydromassage and chromotherapy as well as a large and comfortable shower to be used even as a couple.
The historical testimony in this structure is very strong and evident, just think of the two barrel vaults present, different from each other, the star vault and the exclusive Neretine arch typical of the area as well as obviously two underground granaries of the 1300s that give the name to the same structure.
